ORDERS
Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the online tracking facility on our website under "Orders" in your My Account section. You can also mail us at fashionkingdesigners@gmail.com with your order number in case of further queries.
We can ship to only one address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat this as separate orders. A particular order can only be delivered to a single address.
We do not process orders for a Post Office Box address.
PAYMENTS
You can make payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets or any Cash Cards.
All our Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
We use industry-leading payment gateways to facilitate online transactions.
Shipping & Return
We wish to inform that we do charge a nominal shipping fee on international orders. However, you can avail Free Shipping on international orders when orders are above the minimum price in the following countries:

The fit of our products might vary depending on the fabric, cut and style of the product. Before buying hence, please review our sizing guide and select the size that is best suited to you.
We request our customers to kindly refer to the washing instructions mentioned on the tag of the product to avoid damage. Our products are made with handpicked delicate fabrics and are advised professional dry cleaning rather than home wash.
We have done our best to accurately display the colors of the garments on our website, however the colors you see will also depend on the display settings and resolution of your monitor.
Disputes if any will be subject to Kolkata (India) Jurisdiction. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise directly or indirectly out of decline of authorization of transaction on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset credit limit as mutually agreed by you and your bank.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-14 working days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

All of Fashion KIng orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aurangabad, India to the shipping address provided by the customer via our courier partners viz FedEx / Blue Dart/ DTDC/ DHC/ Overnite, Delhivery etc.
We suggest you to create an account if you wish to place an order. You can simply provide your details like name, user id & password to sign in, provide the shipping address in the second step and select the payment method to place an order.
By creating an account with Fashion King, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. You can also get regular updates and new stories of our Collection via email.
